One of the licensed Virtual Banks in HK is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Finance team. A very lean team structure with high usage on system vendor for preparing HKMA Return. Prior experience in local incorporated banks is preferred but NOT a must.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver HKMA returns & other regulatory reports in an accurate and timely basis
- Working as partnership with business/Treasury /IT/Operation to roll out new products/processes
- Closely monitor compliance with local capital adequacy, liquidity monitoring and other local statutory requirement, and alert for the management for necessary actions
- Design and implement cost allocation set up among profit center, cost center for the bank
- Ensure effectiveness of internal control implementation in financial reporting
- Support with Business team for reviewing new product from finance prospective
- Support other functions of finance team/ad-hoc projects assigned by the Team Head
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/ Business with ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience of HKMA banking returns and relevant reports
- Proactive, flexible and energetic and act as a good team player with committed mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
- Good written English & Chinese and also good at Mandarin
