China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited is a company that is wholly owned by China Life Insurance Group Company, functioned as promoting Group’s business development overseas, with branches in Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with our business growth, we are inviting high caliber professionals to join our Hong Kong Branch for the following positions:

Responsibilities

  • Take lead in Operational Compliance related projects and / or matters, liaise with counter partners to ensure procedures, process flow and manuals comply with regulatory requirements;
  • In charge of assigned Life Operations/ cooperate projects or initiatives from end-to-end , including business cases preparation, compiling and analyzing business requirements and functional design documentation and make appropriate recommendations, develop UAT strategy, coordinate and conduct UAT activities, analysis and review on project results and other project management activities;
  • Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with company strategy. 

Requirements

  • Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred);
  • At least 8 years business analysis or operations project related experience in both Life and Group insurance core system with at least 2 years hands-on experience in regulatory projects (e.g. FATCA/ CRS/ GN16/ Levy), e-strategy initiatives experience will have advantage;
  • Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • In-depth knowledge in insurance operation and strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels;
  • Qualification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or FLMI preferred with agile experience;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
