Our client, one of the Chinese Big 4 Banks is now hiring for a Manager or Senior Manager to join the HR department.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be mainly focusing on Compensation and Benefits. Job duties including but not limited to preformance appraisal and benefits / support payroll function in approving and budgeting / policy writing and handbook review.


To qualify, you must be:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years experiences in C&B area
  • Working experiences in a Bank, or in Financial industry
  • Familiar and comfortable with Chinese manual
  • Familiar and comfortable with Mandarin
