Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and devise effective and cost-efficient segment strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve overall business objectives
  • Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns in order to acquire customers, increase product usage & cross-selling, as well as strengthen customers relationship with the Bank via efficient sales channel mix
  • Formulate and devise branding strategies and customer events to improve customer loyalty and product usage
  • Effectively manage marketing budget and control expenses for every sales and marketing campaign
  • Evaluate business performance and review marketing programs efficiency, including examination of the effectiveness of the programs, in order to achieve best utilization of resources and maximization of sales and revenue growth
  • Proactively understand and analyze market trend as well as competitors' business and marketing activities for management reference
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years solid working experience in marketing, event management and brand management. Working experience in banking & financial industry is preferred
  • A good team leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, and good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken including Putonghua
