Multiple clients of ours are currently looking to meet with candidates with experience in providing administrative support and past work experience as an office manager. Great opportunity to work for teams with a strong work-life balance and a friendly culture.

Job duties:

  • Handle and perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls
  • Handle internal and external mails/ courier arrangements
  • Handle subscription and distribution of stationary and newspapers, name card printing documents storage and delivery for all departments and all staff
  • Provide other administrative support 
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience 
  • Excellent reception and customer service manner
  • Energetic, positive, cheerful, detail-oriented, organised, mature, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Immediate availability is preferred
