We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant.

Principal responsibilities

  • The role of the Personal Assistant is to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Principal responsibilities of the role holder include but are not limited to
  • Handling daily calls, enquiries and responding independently to routine issues and questions
  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing supplies
  • Document management including disseminating information, drafting presentations and filing
  • Providing support and as a point of contact for the department with administrative matters
  • Handling periodic and adhoc reports, returns requirement within specified timeline
  • Dealing with changing or conflicting priorities and arrangements.
  • D ealing sensitively with internal and external customers' demands and conflicts
  • Be exposed to confidential information
  • T he jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures and keeping appropriate records


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with a several years of solid experience in secretarial, administrative duties in sizable organizations preferably in banks
  • Fluent in English and Chinese both spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Initiative, well organized and attentive to details
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
