Project Manager (Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance)
Responsibilities: - Assist senior management in designing and planning innovative Supply Chain Finance / cross-border Trade Finance business product
- Drive and manage the development & implementation of major projects. Responsible for the daily cooperation agreement, financing contract drafting work
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve target project results. Coordinating the R&D, IT, Risk control and other departments and external agencies to jointly promote the implementation of new product development projects
- Monitor the operation of the projects, and products after launch, for optimal risk and crisis management
- Responsible for assisting marketing team to promote the implementation of new products
- Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis, promote the process of product optimization and upgrading and propose enhancement recommendations for management's decision
- Base on the changes of regulations or policy to provide new direction or suggestion to tackle it
Requirements: - Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or IT related disciplines
- At least 3 years' working experience in e-finance related product development in banking, or in internet business. Working experience in banking international business department or trade finance department preferred
- Understand operations and development of Supply Chain Finance / cross-border Trade Finance products with relevant project experience. Able to manage projects by applying suitable methodologies to facilitate the implementation of projects
- Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models
- Possess logical mind and derive insights from business information and figures, thus able to make good judgment on customer pain-points and identify market opportunities
