Our client is a leading full licensed bank and they are currently expanding their project management team to cope with business needs. They are now looking for a high calibre Project Manager, Wealth Management to join their expanding operations in Hong Kong.
- Manage and monitor the delivery of projects as planned against the required methodology, standards, timeframe and budget
- Partner with the Business Units, Internal IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance, etc. to ensure successful project delivery
- Must consistently demonstrate sound judgement and ownership of the project process and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with objectives and commensurate with the business profile
- Responsible for achieving appropriate governance and transparency for projects so that the appropriate oversight and reporting is achieved
- Ensure projects are properly documented throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and log program risk and generate reports for leadership decision
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of the relevant quality standard as defined by the Company
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management, FinTech, banking industry, or wealth management
- Sound knowledge of digital retail banking products and operations
- Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
- Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
- PMP holder is a plus
- With experience in bank regulations and compliance is a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
