Scrum Master in Digital Banking
Responsibilities - Lead the scrum team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework for digital banking related project delivery
- Coach the Scrum team in self-management and cross-functionality
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
- Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Requirements - Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in the Scrum Master role
- Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP) is highly preferred
- Proven track record of running Agile projects with Scrum framework (i.e. Agile values, Scrum ceremonies, Product Backlog, etc.)
- Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise or Financial Institutions is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, team building and conflict management skills with customer-centric attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills in managing senior stakeholders
- Good understanding and experience in DevOps and tools stacks such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
