We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Analytics Manager, Product .

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive performance of our digital products, uncover value and embed data driven decision making within stakeholder teams
  • Lead delivery of analytical output, own data requirements, define and drive reporting, analysis and insight at global , regional or local level
  • Identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities, create hypothesis and making recommendations with a view to improving Digital KPIs and customer experience of our digital products
  • Spearhead in-depth analysis to identify trends and commercial opportunities for the product teams; actively create hypotheses and make recommendations to drive forward product performance
  • Create, maintain and evangelize portfolio of digital performance dashboards, models and other analytics artefacts to support global stakeholder teams, along with regional and local teams as required
  • Contribute to the development of wider digital analytics expertise through the Retail Banking and Wealth Management analytics community and the wider business through active support, coaching and best practice sharing in line with Retail Banking and Wealth Management analytics principles
  • Evangelize and embed best practice with the wider analytics community and business areas
  • Provide support, knowledge and expertise to continuously improve digital analytics expertise, understanding of digital customer behavior and product performance

  • Business Leadership Experience focused primarily in digital data and analytics in online retail, travel or banking and finance
  • Experience working in large organizations in the Retail, Internet or Media space or within Digital Analytics functions of Financial services firms preferred
  • A relevant first degree in either mathematics, statistics, computer science or business, media, communications with quantitative background. A Masters in a related discipline preferred
  • Subject Matter expertise in digital data, preferably in the collection, manipulation and usage of cookie level digital data
  • Experience of digital data and analytics solutions like DMP, Tag management, Testing and Optimisation, Heat Mapping, Sentiment Analysis, Digital advertising, Attribution modelling preferred
  • Proven knowledge and experience of SQL and other Database and Data Manipulation tools
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, previous experience with Qliksense, Tableau or similar
  • Expertise in use of analytics tools to drive incremental business value, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, STATA
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Proven ability to deliver unearth commercial opportunities utilizing large datasets and experience with enhancing online customer journeys
  • Proven leadership track record in dynamic and changing environments
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving, inter personal and communication skill
