Role Summary

Drive the Career of Excellence & Opportunity (CEO) Program and achieve program's KPIs in building our Premium Agency. The job holder will need to conduct various activities to drive the intake of new agents in the program, deliver coaching sessions for new agents' onboarding, provide various training and support to uplift the productivity of CEO agents contracted under the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct career seminar on monthly basis or when necessary
  • To be the CEO-ITC class coordinator and ensure the class is conducted smoothly and the content is appropriate. He/she need to coordinate with the training team, speakers from outside and BU. He/she will be the trainer as well when necessary
  • Conduct the one to one and small group PEPs with the CEO advisors monthly for the first 3 contract months
  • Identify potential MDRTs and monitor closely of their progress, conduct extra one to one PEPs when necessary, in order to achieve KPIs of the program
  • Design and coordinate with speakers from outside when necessary
  • Collect feedback from CEO advisors for review of effectiveness of the Skill Builders / Advanced Wealth Management Seminars
  • Communicate with the agency management staff and the district heads/managers about the progress of their CEO advisors and get the feedback from them
  • To form chat groups to keep the advisors and managers being connected and sharing the information
  • Provide feedback to the Company for the program so that the program can achieve the desired business impact
  • Organize specific events for CEO Program such as award presentation, recognition events, recruitment events, business activation events, etc.
  • Administration works and operational duties related the program


Qualifications:
  • Degree holder with minimum 10 years' experience in banking/insurance industry
  • Experience in sales, training, agency development or channel sales management would be a definite advantage
  • Professional qualification(s) in financial planning preferred

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong ownership in tasks being assigned
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skill and customer focus
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
