About Marketing

The Digital Marketing team strives to lead by example in a Marketing 2.0 world that relies on data-driven decision making including marketing automation, content marketing and performance marketing. The team are experts at operating digital channels to identify, qualify and acquire customers for our Wholesale, Workplace Investing and Personal Investing businesses. The team is comprised of individuals with backgrounds in search marketing, digital advertising, social media, multi-media content creation, CRM and data analytics.

Purpose of your role

Planning and executing innovative campaigns is at the heart of our digital marketing strategy and we are looking to recruit a well-rounded digital marketer to drive this effort. You should be a native of the digital world and a seasoned marketer, capable of managing complex projects end to end and diving deep in particular channels to ensure flawless execution. You can analyze data, synthesize objectives, develop integrated strategy, create work plans, and execute your own tasks while managing others to deadlines. You will have grown up with social media and are passionate about digital and branding and how these come together to be more than the sum of their parts.

This regional role offers a unique opportunity to elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of Fidelity's integrated marketing campaigns. This will be achieved by thoughtfully considering the targeted entry points (email subject lines and SEM, Display and Social Media impressions) that lead to online content experiences (rich media ads, videos, landing pages, articles etc) that prompt conversion. Your partners in this effort will be regional project managers and creatives, country marketers as well as your own regional digital marketing peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage all digital elements of integrated (online and offline), regional marketing campaigns
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the landing page design, user experience and deployment in line with established design frameworks, online branding standards and best practices defined together with the Digital Solutions team
  • Serve as the product owner of the digital purchase funnel, proactively defining content, user experience and design work streams that grow traffic, engagement and increase conversion
  • Continually analyze campaign data and process to optimize in-flight campaigns and update the strategy and processes of future campaigns
  • Lead the ongoing development and refinement of digital campaign analytics, improving our speed and ability to make data informed decisions
  • Keep abreast of global best-in-class digital marketing and regularly share best practises with country marketing teams and regional marketing teams
  • Feed into best practice standards, design patterns and standards for digital campaigns/marketing, working alongside the Digital Solutions team to evolve Fidelity's digital marketing and communications standards
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, and keep her/him at the heart of all planning and implementation activities

Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • 7+ years of relevant digital marketing experience from agencies or in-house
  • Proven experience adeptly managing stakeholders in multiple locations, across Asia ideally
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEM, Display, CRM, Social Media, User Experience and Analytics
  • Confident and comfortable debating important strategic decisions using data
  • Strong project management skills with acute attention to detail
  • Can work independently, both at a strategic and tactical level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, another Asian language would be a bonus
