Responsibilities
  • Provide sales administration, sales performance analysis & MIS reporting for all CBG individual sales performance evaluation
  • Ensure timely and accurate incentive calculation and payment processes
  • Provide analytical support to drive sales productivity across all distribution channels in CBG
  • Assist to review sales incentive effectiveness by providing insights and recommendation in improving and supporting business strategies
  • Execution of core sales incentive scheme and tactical incentive program to drive desired sales behavior
  • Prepare presentation materials to facilitate discussion in incentive governance committee
Accountabilities

  1. Provide sales administration, sales performance analysis & MIS reporting for all CBG individual sales performance evaluation:
    1. Support individual/team/branch target setting
    2. Handle data and analytics requests from all sales channels
    3. Streamline and automate periodic analysis or MIS
    4. Maintain Qlikview dashboard

  1. Ensure timely and accurate sales results tracking:
    1. Prepare regular sales tracking reports for various sales channels
    2. Handle enquiries from frontline and internal business partners related to sales performance monitoring and incentive calculation

  1. Support sales incentive payout calculation
    1. Work closely with all internal business partners to ensure seamless and error-free sales incentive payment process

  1. Provide analytical support across all distribution channels in CBG
    1. To evaluate the sales incentive effectiveness
    2. To drive sales productivity
    3. To facilitate management discussion

Requirements
  • University graduate majoring in business administration, statistics, finance or other related discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in analytics or sales management
  • Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking products, sales model and operations
  • Business and customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Strong programming skill in SAS/Python or any statistical software
  • Knowledge in building dashboard using Qlikview/Qliksense or other visualization tools
