Responsibilities :
- Establish IT PMO and governance for the group
- Project monitoring, establish project methodologies
- Manage various projects with the changing banking and business environment
- Work with senior IT Management, Finance and related business on IT Finance Management, Budget and Resources
- Support Business Change Request process to manage the functional and portfolio pipeline for IT team
- Manage stakeholder relationships
Requirements :
- University degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in PMO management and large scale system implementation
- Solid understanding and knowledge in waterfall and agile development is a plus
- Solid work experience in large multinational corporations or financial institutions
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
