Senior Systems Development Manager-IT (Finance & HR Systems)
The incumbent will be responsible for IT systemimplementation, application development and maintenance activities on Finance,Treasury and HR systems.
Job Responsibilities: - Work as IT partner to user departments for technical solution and advice
- Manage vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Carry out duties within the system development life cycle, including user requirements collection, design, development, testing and production migration, in accordance with the IT development standards and guidelines, and company-wide policies and standards
- Liaise with other IT teams and business users for production release, deployment and rollout activities
- Act as a system architect and lead a technical team for resources planning, deployment and production support
Job Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of IT system development and support experience, with at least 3 years in leading role
- Solid background supporting Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)
- Proficient in developing application systems using Microsoft development framework and tools such as SQL Server and .NET programming
- Previous implementation experience in cloud-based HR solution is a definite advantage
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese
