The role is based on-site with our client, a reputable global bank with a strong presence in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a checker role to handle Corporate Action job duties.
Job duties:
- Monitor the execution of settlements and corporate action transactions for clients and other related needs with excellent service standards.
- Ensure daily settlement and corporate actions activities for CB Wealth Management, Singapore and Malaysia are timely and efficiently processed.
- Support the business in meeting its obligations on the prevention of money laundering under the Group's policy and Standards, and under local law and regulations.
- Support section managers’ implement internal control procedures and suggest effective controlling in daily operation.
- Work closely with the custodian to meet clients' needs.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related business subjects
- At least 1 year of experience working in Settlements / Corporate action / Wealth Management Operation
- Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Might need to OT on public holidays (except Sundays) and bad weather
