Responsibilities

• Ensure timely sales result tracking MIS and related analysis for sales performance management
• Support sales incentive planning and calculation

Accountabilities

1. Ensure timely and accurate sales result tracking for performance management and sales incentive calculation :
   1. Build/maintain database and ensure data integrity and accuracy
   2. Develop/maintain program logic for sales result tracking and sales incentive calculation
   3. Work closely with business to design relevant sales reports/tools to drive sales productivity
   4. Work closely with business to formulate sales incentive plan and tactical incentive program to drive desired sales behavior
   5. Provide analytical support on evaluating effectiveness of sales incentive plan and tactical incentive program
2. Ensure timely and accurate sales incentive payout calculation
   1. Ensure the end-to-end sales incentive payment process is seamless and error-free
   2. Verify sales incentive payment calculation

Requirements

1. University graduate majoring in business administration, statistics, finance or other related discipline
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in Consumer Banking analytics or sales management
3. Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking products
4. Business and customer focus
5. Proficient in statistical tools including SAS, Python, SQL and VBA
6. Experienced in manipulating and handling large dataset
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
