My client is a fast-growing FinTech firm supported by large corporations and banks. They are now looking for an experienced strategy candidate to participate in strategy formulation including the resources utilisation of all key shareholders (Listed Tech, Listed Bank, Listed Real Estate, etc.) , management efficiency, product development, strategy presentation to executive stakeholders and shareholders, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the innovative product development, based on the strategic research and deliver strategic solutions
- Define a prioritized list of product enhancements to help drive growth in the market
- Work closely with different senior stakeholders and shareholders
- Leverage resources from multiple listed shareholders to achieve higher growth
- Assist in budget control and optimize the working capital efficiency and management efficiency.
Key requirements:
- BSc Degree or above in Finance, Economics or other business-related.
- Experiences in Financial industries, such as payment, loan, saving, securities, fintech
- Experiences in top management consultancy firms
- Experiences to work on large-scale projects independently.
- With a mind to drive successful outcomes, to go the extra mile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential
- Strong command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin); including preparing presentations to executive stakeholders.
