Expanding commercial bank looking for seasoned team head for relationship management in business portfolio.
Your new company
Commercial banking is one of the fast-growing engines in banking industry. One of the actively expanding banks with steady growth over the past few years is looking for an experienced Team Head to lead newly formed banking teams and be responsible for generating sales revenue and managing commercial portfolios.
Your new role
As a team head, you are going to manage several teams of relationship managers and help to establish and develop the Bank's portfolio in Hong Kong market. As a leader in the team, you will encourage the team to develop customer relationship by cross-selling different banking products, as well as upholding credit policies and lending guidelines to maintain a balanced approach in risk management.

Your previous experience in a similar role within commercial banking will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record achieving team targets and delivering quality services to clients. You will be a great coach in nurturing and growing your team.
