  • To accomplish the financial and non-financial objectives of Syndicated Finance involving the originations and distribution of syndicated finance activities in North Asia region (i.e. Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and South Korea)
  • Finalization and presentation of pitches / proposals.
  • Provide structuring options and alternative solutions include assessment of underwriting risks.
  • Preparation of term sheet / cash flow models and coordination of terms with clients and fellow Bank Arrangers.
  • Review due diligence reports from technical professionals including legal, financial, tax, business consultants, market surveyors, etc.
  • Execute loan distribution primarily liaising with investor banks as well as coordination of roadshow, site visits, etc.
  • For more experienced candidate, opportunities on lead in pitching and individual deals including execution and distribution of syndicated finance deals across the region will be provided

  • Degree from a recognized university in finance, accountancy or business administration.
  • 4 to 6 years or above in corporate and/or structured finance cum credit experience. Experience in credit analysis and cash flow projections.
  • Fairly in depth in documentation knowledge.
  • Exposure to corporate or structured financing.
  • Candidate would have to work closely with IBG RMs and credit teams and must display a good caliber of leadership, presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (preferred).
