An International Private Wealth Management firm is looking for Senior member of the Lending Credit Solutions team. To work closely with established Private Bankers, Investment Product & Advisory Solutions team and Control functions in Singapore/Hong Kong to facilitate and manage the firms loan book growth. Based in Hong Kong, you will be reporting to the Head of APAC of the LCS team, • You should have the experience to originate, structure and execute financing transactions for high networth (HNW) and ultra-high networth (UHNW) clients. • You will be expected to participate in internal client reviews/ portfolio analysis for identifying financing opportunities and to build the lending pipeline for discussion with internal control functions. • Participate in internal discussions and prepare term sheets/ credit memos/ analysis for the bank and clients, respecting the legalities of the land. • You should have excellent communication skills to engage, market and promote these structured financing capabilities to clients and RMs. • In addition be actively involved in designing processes for productivity improvements and improving lending sales management practices of the LCS team Requirements • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with sound understanding of financial products and services. • Strong track-record of originating and structuring financing transactions in the Greater China and Hong Kong markets in Private Banking / Wealth Management space. • Awareness of legal and regulatory environment in key markets in Asia, including Hong Kong and Greater China • Well versed in legal structures used in key markets for obligors. • Good interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
