Our client, a major Real Estate Asset Manager, is hiring an Analyst to join its Dublin Investment team and work alongside the Chief Investment Manager.
The role:
- Financial modelling and commercial analysis of real estate opportunities
- Preparing and assisting with deal specific proposals to decision makers
- Carrying out detailed market research
- Monitoring of ongoing developments under construction
Requirements:
- Business, Finance or Mathematical degree or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Ability to understand and explain complex ideas/concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills - operate successfully within a small, highly energetic and professional environment
