Operations Regulatory Reporting

Working for a top international Investment Bank, responsible for analysing the positions taken and trading activity and making necessary reports to regulators.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Work with the business to analyse the front office activity and complete periodic reporting to local regulatory authorities.
  • Provide regulatory reports for certain trading activities and certain positions taken.
  • Also work closely with middle office and operations to identify reconciliations and report these to regulators.
  • Work on global initiatives to enhance control and regulatory reporting procedures. Also, ensure control is enhanced locally, working with Japanese-based regulators.
  • Deal with ad-hoc requests from senior manager and regulators.

Required skills
  • Experience of security operations
  • Understanding of local and global regulations impacting security operations

Preferred skills
  • Experience working within a control function, or within middle office.
  • Strong project management skills.
