Who we are looking for This position is a part of Regulatory Reporting team in Luxembourg offering an opportunity for the successful candidate to work on production of the Regulatory Reports as requested by the jurisdictions that funds are distributed in / domiciled.
What you will be responsible for As Regulatory Reporting Officer you will
- Assist with project activities (i.e. implementation of regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system changes, milestone planning)
- Perform service oversight function over production hub.
- Help to identify weaknesses in the workflows and come up with proposals for enhancements
- Efficient communication with fund groups and other areas where data is needed.
- Dealing with and responding to client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take responsibility of team's deliverables, accuracy and timeliness in your daily work.
- Assist with Audits
- Run / attend internal/client services review calls

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Graduate in business related studies, or other discipline in case of previous experience in general accounting or funds industry
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience working in Regulatory Reporting environment or funds industry experience
- Fluent English - German (would be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint skills are an advantage
