Job Description Who we are looking for The Business Analyst will be assigned to the Securities Valuation sub-workstream of the BBH Integration Team. Responsibilities include analysis, documentation, oversight, management, training and coordination with the ability to meet time critical deadlines. The analyst will work with colleagues across several regions globally as well as a variety of workstreams interlaced in this initiative.

What you will be responsible for As Business Analyst, you will
- Analyze capabilities, assess gaps, document findings
- Assess workflow critical to the BBH Securities Valuation
- Coordinate training of staff on systems and processes
- Support designing interim and target operating model
- Act as liaison with IT teams with regards to technology builds
- Serve as a key contact to represent the Valuation sub-workstream and to integrate BBH and SSC teams
- Work with various workstreams and areas to ensure readiness of conversion
- Develop cross-departmental and divisional relationships to better facilitate the assignment and resolution of departmental issues
- Support planning and oversight of pre-Prod testing
- Day to day Securities Valuation activities during parallel periods
- Carry out assignments under self-direction and creatively overcomes roadblocks
- Provide high level summary and status updates to sub-workstream Vice President and Key Leadership

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of operations in the financial industry or related field
