Job Description


In order to sustain our growing business in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant who will be in charge of  providing administrative services and support across the business.

More precisely, the main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include the following:

-  Provide general administrative support;
-  Prepare & encode payment instructions for client companies;
-  Manage phone calls, e-mails and correspondence;
-  Be responsible for the mailing, scanning, and filing of administrative documents;
-  Prepare documents for client meetings;
-  Coordinate contacts with banks, service providers, notaries and various administrations.

 

 

Qualifications


The ideal candidate should have the following:

- You hold at least a degree (Bac +2) in Business Administration/Secretarial or any related field;

- Previous relevant and successful experience in a similar position preferably in a fiduciary or Big 4 in Luxembourg;

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

- A commitment to provide a high quality service;

- Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast paced environment;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with sense of tact and diplomacy;

- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment;

- Professional English is mandatory  (French or any other language would be an asset);

- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
