Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Working in the
Structured & Traditional Assets team, you will ensure that the financial products available on our various banking platforms (NeoXam DataHub, Avaloq, Multifonds, Profolio, etc.) are both consistent in database and valued correctly
Your role You will oversee all the workflow from the trade reception, data analysis and life cycle data management to pricing. The scope of asset includes listed products (equities, bonds, loan, derivatives), OTC products (IRS, CDS, FX & Equity options,TRS,CFD...) and Structured products ( autocall, Reverse convertible, dual currency deposit, accumulator, Airbag...).
Your mission will be the Daily monitoring of Setting up assets in the Pictet databases and manage the pricing quality in our pricing tools (Bloomberg, Superderivatives, Reuters,telekurs....) as well as exchange rates (spot and forward) and certain analytical data (interest curve, duration, Greeks, etc.).
Validating the prices received using control files (No Load, variations, old prices, NAV impact, quality of the feeds, etc.).
- Setting up the necessary files to complement these feeds.
- Introducing the necessary settings for queries and Data/pricing flows for securities newly registered in our systems from our various financial information providers (Bloomberg, Telekurs and Reuters).
- Regularly checking and updating these settings.
- Providing the assistance requested by the various users of these Data (accountants for investment funds, valuers, administrators, asset managers, wealth managers, etc.).
- Challenging of various assets type with the counterparty's prices
Your profile Qualifications and experience :
- Finance-oriented training (BAC+4/5).
- Experience in a similar position is a plus.
Specific knowledge :
- Good knowledge of financial products and Good level in financial mathematic
- Good knowledge of financial information providers.
- Bloomberg pricing Knowledge is a plus
- Skilled user of office software applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent command of French a must and Good command of English.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in searching for the information required to value securities.
- Driven and capable of showing initiative in solving problems.
- An enquiring mind with strong learning skills and a well-developed critical faculty.
- Available to work flexible hours.
Language :
- Excellent command of French a must.
- Good knowledge of English.
Personal qualities :
