Chief Dealer

We are looking for a Chief Dealer for CEB in Luxembourg.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for Internal and External Audit Communication
• Managing the daily operation of Treasury Department
• Establish the relationships of inter-banks customers including KYC
• Execute trading with inter-bank customers including FX Spot, FXSwap, FX Forward, Bond, Inter-bank borrowing / lending, Interest rate swap, Issuing CD
• Liquidity management and portfolio management of the entity according to related guidelines
• Periodical statistic report on financial market including money market, capital market, etc.
• Research on global market, economy, monetary, etc. and periodically report on it

Skills:

• Bachelor degree
• At least 7 years of successful experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management in Banking industry.
• Deep understanding of market risks, financial tools (Fxall, Bloomberg)
• Has experience of independently executing FX SWAP/IRS
• Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English
• High level of initiative and accountability.
