Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Client Administrator to oversee the accountancy function at a leading Fund Administration firm based in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a client portfolio, directly corresponding with clients on a regular basis.

Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Client Administrator to oversee the accountancy function at a leading Fund Administration firm based in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a client portfolio, directly corresponding with clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities of a Senior Client Administrator

  • Administration and bookkeeping tasks
  • Constantly developing (close) work relationships with advisors and clients, maintaining contact and meeting with (and when necessary visit) clients and their representatives
  • Having a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutions as part of own professional development;
  • Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial reports
  • Execution of client payments
  • Organisation and facilitation of audit of financial statements
  • Preparation of annual shareholders meetings
  • Follow up and review deliverables prepared by Client Administrators 
  • Follow up invoices to clients and collecting debts
  • Guiding, coaching and supervising new or less experienced team members
  • Work closely and effectively with counter team
  • Act as a Client Entity Manager

Requirements of a Senior Client Administrator 

  • Relevant degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • 5 years minimum in a Trusts environment
  • Fluent in English (French or German an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP required
