Compliance & Risk Manager

We have just been engaged by a successful European asset manager to assist with the recruitment of a Compliance & Risk Manager for their team. This Super ManCo is present in over six countries and has over 250 billion euro's in assets under their management. This is a great opportunity to join a flexible and ambitious team within a successful group.

The Role:

• Detecting and preventing Compliance related risks
• Performing Compliance Risk Assessments on both Regulatory and AML/CFT compliance topics
• Implementing the regulatory requirements, conducting ongoing reviews of the Policy-Framework
• Providing training to staff on compliance related topics
• Support and advise Management in compliance related matters
• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders

The Candidate:

• Min 4 years of compliance experience in the investment funds industry
• Strong Compliance & regulatory expertise in AIFMD and UCITS
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with an ability to implement required processes and further improve them
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German or French
• Strong team player in an international context, dynamic and resilient with the ability to work independently
