Working with fellow COs in Luxembourg and reporting to the Board of Managers, you will foster strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including key Group functions and the CSSF. You will be a member of the AIFM’s Investment Committee, and as such directly involved in decisions relating to investments and divestments, and more generally, portfolio construction for the AIFs managed by the AIFM.
Responsibilities:
The CO will encounter a broad remit. In collaboration with the AIFM’s other COs, you will be responsible for the set-up and ongoing management of the newly formed AIFM. You will ensure that the Portfolio Management function provides oversight of AIFs through all stages of their lives; assist with the execution of new investments; and monitor the portfolios of AIFs managed by the AIFM and key assets within those portfolios. While you will be based in Luxembourg, the role will involve working collaboratively with key functions in Coller Capital’s head office.
