Within the framework of our Luxembourg based activities, we are recruiting a: Corporate Planning Employee – Japanese and English Speaker – (m/f) Permanent contract to strengthen our General Administration Department

Your responsibilities


  • Corporate secretariat tasks collaborating with related departments, including the preparation, administration and assistance related to;
    • Board of Directors’ meeting and Shareholder’s meeting
    • Process for obtaining approval for settlement of annual account from Mizuho Trust and Banking
    • Change of Directors / Authorized Management
    • Issue / Revision of related policies and procedures
  • Managerial accounting and financial planning tasks, including;
  • Preparation of monthly performance report
  • Monitoring and analyzing monthly achievements and supporting financial planning
  • Taking the hub role for the coordination in the bank in order to handle tasks of reporting and instruction required from Tokyo HQ (Mizuho group) within a timeframe, including;
    • Preparation of various regular reports
    • Handling of the other regular and irregular reporting / instruction, including forwarding to the related department with assistance/support such as linguistic and practical support
    • Monitoring and controlling of due date, including progress report to the reporting line
    • Communication with related Mizuho group entities
  • Secretariat tasks of regular meeting among the Risk Management Department and the General Administration Department:
  • Organizing and proceeding of meetings
  • Preparation of related materials


Your profile




  • Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Law or Economics




  • Experience in a similar function
  • Translation or linguistic support experience




  • Financial regulation, internal control and/or corporate secretarial duties
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Basic knowledge of global custody and fund administration business




Fluent in English and Japanese


IT skills


  • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced level
  • Capacity to learn software like Access, Thaler, Global Portfolio
