Depositary Supervisor Permanent contract
Role and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Depositary Senior Manager, the Depositary Supervisor works closely with the Assistant Manager ensuring that all day to day operational activities relating to Fund Oversight are carried out effectively and efficiently.
The job-holder will ensure that depositary compliance is assured, all legal and regulatory fiduciary responsibilities are achieved and depositary duties duly discharged for traditional and alternative (including private assets) Funds.
The job holder will play a key role in supporting the depositary oversight activities and the on-boarding of new products and clients, including AIFMD and UCITS.
The job holder will work closely with the Investment Restrictions Monitoring team to ensure that all matters relating to new fund launches, legal/regulatory changes and changes to work processes have been effectively implemented into the day-to-day aspect of fund compliance monitoring, leading to seamless client service.
Moreover, the job holder will work closely with the Global Trustee and Depositary Services teams to ensure that administrative activities are controlled in accordance with the existing agreement and procedures and provide a high quality service.
