We are seeking a Digital and Markets Support Trainee starting in February 2024 for a year.

What you will be working on:
The Digital Collaboration Assistant/ Administrator assists the Client Program Manager to manage and maintain Digital Collaboration Solutions within Markets & Sales team. He/She can help Markets team to manage their collaboration platforms and some internal clients. He/she focuses on the administration and maintenance of these platforms (Intranet, CRM etc.) and could also help on project management topics of the team. Main goal is to provide digital administration support on all digital platforms to have a smooth management and maintenance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform Platform Technical Support to the CRM team - Assist the team on the usage of the CRM tool. - Support and assistance on application different templates on the tool. - Supporting Markets team and internal clients to use properly the platform for Sales and Marketing purposes. - Support Client Program manager based on the project - Support on trainings of internal clients on the tool.
Digital Platforms maintenance - Assist on maintenance and administration of O365 platforms (One Intranet, SharePoint of Markets & CRM). - Updating documentation for internal purposes.
Deployment Assistance - Participate and support in the deployment of new collaboration, communication, analytics and office tools.
Support on Project management topics - Administrative assistance of day-to-day tasks and of more general projects - Assistance on marketing, events, communication projects linked with CRM and Campaigns.
What we look for: • You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, IT or multimedia area or any related field • Digital/tech savvy • Customer Sales and Promotion Experience • Good communication skills, eye for detail and quality • Excellent level of English • 1 year of experience of relevant work experience in a Technology field.
