The ideal candidate will be a Director level M&A professional with training and deal experience accrued in a top bank or boutique. You will be adept on deal execution and will be building your own franchise within this sector, and seeking an opportunity to provide a secure path to MD and the optimal platform to cement your success,
Your duties will centre on the sourcing, management, and closing of M&A transactions (in collaboration with the wider European investment banking business).
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and execute M&A strategy
- Manage M&A activity including originating, structuring, negotiating and executing transactions
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams
