For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently recruiting for a: FACTA CRS Reporting Officer
Job Description & Responsabilities:
Undergo specific training on FATCA and CRS procedures and reporting;
Populate and upload excel files to generate XML files for review;
Register and de-register entities with the IRS and on local portals;
Respond to queries for information and escalate to Senior Officer/Management as required;
Update and maintain systems information;
Assist with internal enquiries;
Assist with FATCA/CRS ad-hoc projects from time to time;
Experience working on FATCA/CRS production would be an advantage;
Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage;
1 - 3 years’ experience working in the Fund Services/Financial Services industry;
Proficient data entry skills, working with excel and spreadsheets;
Fluency in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
Working as part of a small team and ability to think outside the box;
You are a results-oriented person;
Proven ability to organise and demonstrate attention to detail;
Ability to work with tight deadlines, multitask and able to prioritise workflow;
Competent knowledge of MS Office applications.
