Who are we looking for As part of our business expansion in Luxemburg we are looking for an experienced professional in Business Analyst FRR (Financial and Regulatory Reporting) to join the Application Support team. This position is doing the bridge between the production teams (Financial/Regulatory reporting department), the several applications the department is using and the software providers

Why this role is important to us Acting as the "Super User and Technical Expert" of the different applications the financial teams use, you will resolve the technical issues met and will bring some ad-hoc solutions in terms of automation, set up, scalability.
Financial and Regulatory Reporting process are mandatory tasks for asset owners and managers allowing to formally share the events and status of their funds.
Role available and what you will be responsible for Business Analyst Financial and Regulatory Reporting Administrator
Job Duties and Responsibilities - Support application used by production team, allowing to deliver reports with speed and integrity
- Implement new reports in the system to automate process, analysing best process to improve efficiency/limit risk
- Contribute to new client onboarding to advise client to use solution for all parties, analyse external documents to transpose them in State Street environment
- Identify and setup new source/data flow to contribute to State Street Digitalisation, using a single golden source and new technological solutions
- Challenge existing model to find better ways coordinating solution inside and outside FRR department
- Coordinate, test and implement the future releases and migrations with the software providers

Education & Preferred Qualifications - University degree in Accounting or Finance or Mathematics or IT, with in depth interest in IT (eg: visual basic) and MS Offices tools
