We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager in Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting

Over the last couple of years, our clients, mainly from the banking industry, have increased their demand in Governance, Risk & Compliance assistance. Our team of experts is at the cornerstone to address these challenges.

What you will be working on

• Assist our clients in developing and managing a Governance, Risk and Compliance framework
• Evaluate new regulatory requirements and analyse their implications for our clients
• Craft tailormade solutions, provide recommendation/concrete actions and monitor the implementations of the latter
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients, industry bodies and the financial regulators
• Grow and build a team of passionate industry professionals and actively participate in their performance management.

What we look for

• You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in either Audit, Finance or Economics
• You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector and/or Consulting
• You are a team player, capable to work autonomously at the same time, and client oriented
• You have a self-starter mindset and willingness to build expertise
• You have excellent command of English and French
