Fund Administration Analyst | Luxembourg (hybrid) | Contract (Up to €400 per day) | 12 Months | Finance

We are actively looking for a Fund Administration Analyst to take centre stage in the validation, upkeep, and oversight of funds managed in Luxembourg, all while embracing a diverse and captivating set of responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily calculations of investment fund net asset values to ensure precision and timeliness.
• Apply extensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory guidelines.
• Comprehend the intricate workflow of the fund industry, including key stakeholders like custody, transfer agencies, and portfolio managers.
• Evaluate NAV errors and their implications thoroughly.
• Collaborate with auditors and management companies to rectify NAV errors.
• Contribute to a significant integration project for enhancing Fund Administration operations.
• Foster communication between clients and management companies for developing fund expense budgets.
• Manage coordination with external parties and internal departments for company-related matters.
• Maintain critical Fund Static Data.
• Respond effectively to regulatory and legal changes by collaborating with product management, IT, and business analysts to ensure timely data updates.
• Showcase expertise in fund accounting and pertinent legal requirements.

Fund Administration Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fund accountant experience (UCITs / traditional funds)
• Proven track record in accounting, proficient in all fund accounting tasks
• Familiarity with MIG21 or GP3 is a plus
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Willingness to work late shifts to support the target operating model
• Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
