We are seeking a HR Trainee - Starting as from January 2024 - (Alternance / Sandwich courses)

What you will be working on
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and committed candidate to work in a very fast paced and international environment and join our HR team for an internship of 6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking the opportunity to experience various crucial administrative functions. You will be responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks during the full cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to:
Contract and documents preparation • Prepare employment contract, addendum, work certificate, reference check and other documents to be issued by HR department • Prepare new hires' files and follow up of employment contracts • Prepare leaving package in collaboration with payroll
Data and Absence Management • Record and update the HRIS on a daily basis • Ensure both manual and computerized HR records are kept up to date • Perform quality check for absence records for all employees • Perform legal declaration: overtime, sickness leave
People support/advise • Assist employees on their administrative tasks, by answering questions and requests • Meet staff prior departure to maternity and/or parental leave to cover all the administrative aspects • Health@work: ASTF declaration, vaccination campaign, medical checkups... • Advise on labor law issues and on new laws/processes • Organize the benefits / reward / gift for special event / leave
What we look for • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Human Resources, Law or Business Administration • You have to do a 1 Gap year or Final year internship, or you are in Sandwich courses which allow you to be 4 days at the company and 1 day at school • You have a sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously • You are proficient with general MS Office, able to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to all administrative tasks • You are able to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals, comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment • You are fluent in English, German and/or French are considered as a strong asset
