An opportunity to work with a leading Private Bank in Luxembourg to develop a team covering the Nordics, Germany, UK and Switzerland. The institution has recently been on the map for their market research, effective restructuring, and exceptional new hires!

An opportunity to work with a leading Private Bank in Luxembourg to develop a team covering the Nordics, Germany, UK and Switzerland. The institution has recently been on the map for their market research, effective restructuring, and exceptional new hires!

They wish to expand their presence in Northern Europe from Luxembourg by hiring a Team Head + Team of Bankers to follow with a collective business case and strategy to assist in the development of this segment.

Responsibilities:

Optimise internally strategies to ensure inflows of new assets are kept at high standards

Create a go-to-market culture and strategy that will be a strong value proposition for clients.

Head regular meetings with your peers at Management board level where you will give feedback about past performances, share ideas and give clear guidelines

Be able to motivate your commercial teams and build trustworthy relationships with them 

Work closely with peer globally and stakeholders to ensure procedures are correctly met to avoid any back log. Efficiency is everything.

Drive client development as well as being a Manager.

Ensure Wealth Managers are effectively retaining and winning clients by holding one to one management meetings, holding client events, keeping them updated on new developments internally.

An individual with 10+ years of Private Banking and management experience, with a proven track record of increasing team AUM’s, revenues amongst having a strong understanding of Northern European clients.

A candidate that can bring a team they are managing whilst also managing their own portfolio would be ideal.

Languages: English (mandatory), others are desirable
