My client is currently seeking a dynamic and highly visible leader that will operate at a strategic level across the Investor Services business lines in Europe and Asia - all with the goal of contributing to the long-term development, differentiation, and growth of the Investor Services business.

Significant areas of responsibility will include the following:

  • Actively participate in the development of European and Asian strategies, across all products and client segments, while ensuring that these strategies are clear, integrated and aligned with the overall InServ strategy
  • Outline paths to future growth for Europe and Asia, incorporating market trends, competitive intelligence, changes in regulatory landscape and industry developments
  • Provide strategic support to the Product Organization through identification of the critical capabilities needed to sustain effective strategies
  • Active membership in Core Investment Review Group (and other relevant committees) to ensure that we are investing in the right areas in furtherance of strategy
  • Team up with Finance to develop financial plans in support of overall strategy as well as develop key metrics and measures to objectively assess progress and profitability
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management and Marketing to develop and promote brand awareness and competitive positioning
  • Work with Digital/Innovation teams to identify opportunities we can quickly prototype and bring to market products that distinguish BBH from our peers
  • Develop and cultivate client facing relationships that advance overall business strategies 


  • Directly related experience in business management, strategy, financial analysis
  • Client facing and/or executive level influencing and advisory experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Investor Services (asset servicing) and/or Markets businesses with specific focus in Europe and Asia
  • Global fluency and experience
  • Independent thinker and actor with ability to innovate, influence and lead change
  • Outstanding communication in all forms: writing, presentation and public speaking
  • Strong collaborator with ability to lead virtual teams
  • Creative and resourceful problem solver with relationship skills to navigate differences in views
  • Strong facilitation capabilities and comfort working in the “virtual” space
