For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a strategic
Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with leadership to provide added Human Resources support to the Luxembourg office. This position carries out critical responsibilities including supporting alignment of global Human Resources strategies and shared services, serving as a trusted adviser to executive and line of business leadership and employees and partnering with subject matter experts in compensation and benefits management. The position offers the right candidate an opportunity to add tremendous value and enhancements to their Human Resources experience within a dynamic, fast-growing, global financial services company environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build broad internal and external partnerships to support organization and line of business needs
- Partner on and support implementation of best practice global human resource initiatives, programs, plans, and processes
- Partner with business leaders and HR centers of excellence including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits to deliver value added human resource support growth and needs lines of business
- Manage performance management and compensation programs for designated lines of business in concert with Total Rewards management
- Participate in and support development and execution of department goals, objectives, reports, system needs, records requirements, policies, and procedures
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and delivery of services performed.
- Serve as a key resource on employee engagement, employee relations, terminations, and exit interviewing
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all laws and regulations.
YOUR PROFILE: - Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR partner
- Fluent in French and English; other additional language proficiency desirable
- A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, or a master's degree in HR management and at least 5 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
- Proactive, outgoing, positive personality with strong verbal, written and conversational communication skills
- Business acumen, strong ethical foundation, confidentiality, and discretion
- Outstanding organization, project management, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Well-developed solutions oriented and out-of-the-box advisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational staffing, performance management
- Experience using data, HRIS and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using with SuccessFactors is a plus.
