We are seeking an IT DBA Engineer.

KPMG's IT Services are dedicated to the provision of world-class IT and communications platforms and solutions to the firm. The team plays a leading role in ensuring that all business areas receive a service which allows them to make the best use of Information Technology.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proactive in finding solutions and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Your knowledge and communication skills will be required to provide a costumer-focus service.

What you will be working on
• Ensure availability, performance and security of KPMG Luxembourg Databases
• Ensure that market best practices are followed, in compliance with standards and audit requirements.
• Participate to the elaboration of new KPMG Database services
• Participate to architectural decisions on any design with a database component
• Review capacity planning and organize Database life cycle
• Create Process and Procedures inside your area of expertise

What we look for
• Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related fields
• Few years of work experience in Database administration
• Experience in Microsoft Database, MongoDB, CosmoDB
• Experience in Azure PaaS Database management
• Knowledge in Reporting competence in SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI
• Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux server environment
• Willingness to develop and implement innovative Database technology
• Knowledge of ITIL processes. An ITIL certifications will be an asset
• Effective team player and able to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and flexibility in his work. Is dynamic, rigorous, focused on user's needs and able to work under pressure
• New ideas and inputs regarding KPMG infrastructure services
• Fluency in English. Any other European language is considered as an asset
