IT Product Manager - Multifonds

Our IT unit in charge of building and deploying solutions to our strategic business lines (Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, Private Equity) is looking for a MultifondsProduct Manager to meet the growing needs of Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A and to strengthen our Global Accounting/Global Investor development teams. The successful candidate will work with Temenos technical teams to ensure the smooth-running of the projects. The product manager will be responsible for managing the technical releases of Multifonds, implementing specific client requirements (reports, etc.) and providing the second line of assistance to our business teams.

Mission

The successful candidate will work with Temenos technical teams to ensure the smooth-running of the projects. The product manager will be responsible for managing the technical releases of Multifonds, implementing specific client requirements (reports, etc.) and providing the second line of assistance to our business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring follow-up on projects related to Multifonds in coordination with Temenos teams
  • Proposing new solutions to address client challenges
  • Interacting actively with Multifonds functional and technical teams
  • Managing and coordinating all projects/enhancements/problems related to Multifonds platforms (GA/GI)
  • Providing qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluating the feasibility of their requirements
  • Assisting and interfacing with business units (Fund Operations departments (TA/FA))
  • Assisting users/operations during test phases
  • Providing level 2 technical support to the Luxembourg business team
  • Managing and solving technical incidents

Profile

Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in computer science
  • A least 5 years of previous experience in IT development

Hard skills:

  • Strong experience in Multifonds platforms (experience with installation, administration, troubleshooting and tuning)
  • Good skills in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle databases 11g/12c
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g and higher (Forms & Report, ADF, BI Publisher) would be a real asset
  • Accounting knowledge and experience in Global Accounting/Global Investor will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of the funds industry, business and processes
  • Ability to address problems with methodology
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive
  • Strong motivation to continuously increase quality and efficiency

Language skills:

  • Good command of French and English
