A multinational third party management company is seeking an MLRO/RC to drive a strong compliance ethic across Luxembourg. You will be in charge of providing clear advice to the board of directors and line of business for all AML/CTF regulations and queries. As an MLRO/RC you will be playing a crucial role in supporting teams on the distribution of funds across Europe!

A multinational third party management company is seeking an MLRO/RC to drive a strong compliance ethic across Luxembourg. You will be in charge of providing clear advice to the board of directors and line of business for all AML/CTF regulations and queries. As an MLRO/RC you will be playing a crucial role in supporting teams on the distribution of funds across Europe!

As an MLRO/RC, you will be:
* Acting as Responsable du contrôle for funds of the ManCo/AIFM
* Acting as first point of contact with the CSSF
* Carrying out Due Diligence visits to administrators and other fund delegates and prepare due diligence reports for the Boards of the respective funds
* Reviewing in depth AML policies and procedures of the delegates
* Advising on regulatory updates to the Boards
* Responsible of any AML related issues
* Implementing Compliance training across the whole company
* Analyse the rules affecting the AIFM
* Consistently reviewing the AML/CTF policies and desk procedures to comply with relevant regulations
* Collaborating with the Oversight teams to provide oversight of third parties
* Partake and support the teams on the distribution of funds across all relevant jurisdictions
* Representing the AML team externally and internally

As an MLRO/RC, you should have:
* Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg legislation and regulation especially in terms of AML/CTF
* 5+ years' experience within a similar position/organisation
* Eligibility for approval from the CSSF to act as Responsable du contrôle
* Experience of AIFM and UCITS products is an advantage
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to speak confidently in public
* Sufficient management experience
* Time Management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Fluency in English
