As of 31 December 2022, AFM, is the Management Company and AIFM of 10 Luxembourg FCPs and SICAVs (UCITS and AIFs). The Management Company's total number of sub-funds is around 100 representing a large variety of expertise and a total asset under management slightly below € 50 billion.
The candidate will work within a team of 8 people in charge of the governance, the control framework and the relationship with the Outsourced Service Providers and will analyse and act on reporting or queries received from internal teams (including compliance, risk, front office) or external providers (primarily Fund Administrators, Custodians, Transfer Agents, Depositaries).
Ongoing monitoring of our Transfer Agents (daily client transactions monitoring etc.), Fund Administrators (NAV timeliness and accuracy etc.) and Cusodians/Depositaries (passive hedging program monitoring, custody account opening etc.) through the review of daily reportings, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or following queries from internal teams or external partners
Participate to the oversight of the Funds audit process and financial reports production.
Oversee the Fund's budget and related service providers invoices
Support the Senior and Manager liaising with internal departments as a point of expertise / escalation in respect of our Outsourced Service Providers
Contribute to Due Diligence (DD) program and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure the high quality of service delivered by our Outsourced Service Providers as well as our on-going business and regulatory needs
Willing and able to - after initial training period as required - expand coverage with all activities within the department, this to ensure coverage during absence of staff and periods of heavy workload.

Competencies
Graduation from University or Business school, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking or compensating experience.
Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work well within a team

Excellent administration skills
Ability to work with figures with strong analytical skills
Microsoft Office tools' mastery, advanced knowledge in Excel is considered as an advantage
Language
Fluent in English, both oral and written, French would be considered as an advantage.
Experience
Understanding of the Asset Management business.
Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry and products or experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment is a plus.
