The profile must be able to manage and solve operational issues and to discuss with any subject involved. It’s required to constantly follow up the issues in order to solve definitely the incident
Reporting of issues and identify solutions to the supervisor
Work experience and educational background requirements
A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance is highly regarded
Relevant work experience in the asset management industry for 2-4 years (ManCo, custodian banks, service providers)
Personal attributes
Problem-solving oriented good organisational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented approach
Fluent English language (must have)
Knowledge of French language (optional)
Knowledge of Italian language (appreciated).
