PMO Support

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Meeting organisation, animation, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting creation and consolidation
• Process documentation review and update
• Assisting the PMO with other ad hoc project management tasks

​Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management as PSO / PMO Support
• Proficient with MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and ability to adapt with different 
• Experience in the financial industry, especially Custodian / CSD / Central Bank
