Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Meeting organisation, animation, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting creation and consolidation
- Process documentation review and update
- Assisting the PMO with other ad hoc project management tasks
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management as PSO / PMO Support
- Proficient with MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and ability to adapt with different
- Experience in the financial industry, especially Custodian / CSD / Central Bank
